Your capsules are protected with enterprise-grade encryption and stored on secure servers with multiple backups. We also run regular security checks to make sure your personal messages stay private and safe until it's time to deliver them.
We’ve built a reliable fallback system. If the milestone isn’t met within the timeframe you choose, your capsule will either be delivered on a preset backup date or made viewable at any time — your choice when creating it.
Yes. You have 10 days to update or refine your capsule before it’s permanently locked for delivery. Prefer extra security? You can manually lock it early to prevent changes.
We use secure AI-powered document verification to confirm events like graduations, weddings, and medical milestones — ensuring capsules are delivered only when the moment truly arrives.
You’re always in control. Cancel any time — your already-locked capsules stay safe and will still be delivered as scheduled. You won’t be charged again after the current billing cycle.
